Privacy policy

HelperNow Home (“we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through helpernowhome.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, optional email, city, the service you’re interested in, information about your home and any notes. We don’t ask for payment details on this website.

We use Cloudflare to host the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us anonymous visit counts without cookies or cross-site tracking. Cloudflare Turnstile helps block spam on our form and may process technical information such as your IP address for that purpose.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request, prepare your quote and schedule and provide our services. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond and to serve you as a client, then delete them when they’re no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you’ve shared. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and we honor them. Contact us by phone or text at (669) 350-6537.

Photos
