Who will be cleaning my home?
Our HelperNow Home team, managed personally by owner and manager Paola Furtado. We keep the same people on your home wherever we can, so they learn how you like things done. Many clients have been with us for years.
How much does a cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so we give you a free, personalized quote rather than a one-size price. Tell us the service, the size of your home and how often you’d like us, or call or text (669) 350-6537.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Many of our long-term clients trust us to clean while they’re at work or out with the kids, and we lock up when we leave. We’ll agree on access with you before the first visit.
Can I move my cleaning day if my week changes?
Yes. Life in the Bay Area is busy and plans shift. Just text us and we’ll find another day that works.
Do you clean offices too?
Yes. We clean offices, studios and other commercial spaces as well as homes. Ask for a quote and tell us about your space.
Which areas do you serve?
San Jose, Campbell, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Los Altos, Milpitas, Fremont and Newark. Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz, Burlingame and Oakland are available on request.
